Lugol's solution 5%: 4-8 drops a day
Selenium: 200 mcg (think it's mcg...)
Zinc: 50
Ester C: will check tomorrow if needed.
Vitamin D: well here's the thing.... I found out I was also severely deficient in vitamin D. I WAS taking 20-50k IUs a day at one point. Now I am not taking any, as of this week.
Vitamin k2 mk-7: 200 (mcg? I think..!

You are missing:

1/2 tsp of natural salt,
The ATP Cofactors (B2 & B3)
Magnesium
Vitamin C recommended Sodium Ascorbate (easier on stomach) or Ascorbic Acid.

BTW: NEVER take Iodine without the 200mcg of selenium selenomethionine. One without the other can result in thyroid problems.This is explained so beautifully here:
