I started with 400 mg in the morning then 200 Mg at night. It's not even making me tired so I'm 100% sure it was magnesium. (Restless leg syndrome also stopped!) Also, I stopped zinc for now, pretty sure that's why I lost all my hair. I am a really heavy beef eater so I think I over did it?
I read that you're not supposed to take zinc for longer than 3-4 months or your hair will fall out... I was at the 3 month mark. I remember this happening to me before with zinc. I feel a little boggled with this micronutrient... Should I restart it with a copper source? I'm really hesitant. I'm still losing hair pretty bad even though I restarted everything else. B2/3, magnesium/C, k2 mk7, and 8 drops of 5% a day with selenium.
