With the greatest of respect, much of your post just doesn't make sense.
Bone spurs and calcium deposits are caused by insufficient calcium in the body. This is documented in studies on Pubmed. Basically, when the body isn't getting enough calcium, it will be pulled from the bones, causing bone spurs.
Now your problem could very well be due to the Sugar and other compounds you mention in the chocolate milk that actually depleted or interfered with calcium uptake, but it's unlikely it was due to the calcium intake.
But most importantly is your final statement where you say you can now eat nightshade vegetables without any problem…BUT…your BONE SPUR is WORSE now than it was before.
Don't you find anything disturbing or puzzling about that statement?
Clearly, the nightshades and quite possibly your lack of calcium (and related minerals/vitamins) have probably contributed to your bone spur getting worse, but the EFT has somehow deluded you into believing that everything is okay.
Again, with all due respect…it's not.
EFT is helpful for a lot of things, but you can't just eat anything and expect your mind to make them okay.
