Just an update; my hair fall has dramatically subsided (around 20-30 per wash instead of 50!). I've upped my magnesium (400-600 mg a day) and selenium dosage (400 mcg a day 5x a week, 200 mcg 2x a week) and kept my zinc dosage constant (50 mg). I don't take zinc with my other supplements anymore and instead take it in the afternoon.
I also take my Ester C at night (1200 mg currently). I'm still awaiting for my sodium ascorbate to come in the mail (excited about it!).
I recently went for a full blood panel and urinalysis and all tests came back normal! Even my thyroid, where my previous test a month into Iodine protocol I was showing hyperthyroid range on the TSH!
Does anyone has any dosage input on potassium chloride while on iodine? I did read that it can prevent hair loss (I also read magnesium deficiency and potassium deficiency are closely linked. So this may be another reason why my hair started to fall so bad!).
