I take ATP cofactors from biomicotex a B12 sublingual. For my adrenals I have been on Metaginics Adrogen for 4 months and just 2 days ago I added Adrenal aptimizer. I take 5300mg of powdered vitamin C a day and 600 mg of maganesium. Does anyone know if you can drink alcohol with candida? I don't drink a lot just 2 shots of tequila on Fridays to relax me after a 10 hr day. I just don't want this to set me back???
