Noticed insomnia returned when I snacked on certain foods. You mentioned chocolate, also nuts for me. Guess what--both high in copper! Checked my saliva retest--drop in histamines for which one cause is high copper! My seasona allergies disappeared with AF--a symptom of histapenia caused by copper. You may remember I poked a lot of fun at the copper cultists. Anyway, lightening up on high copper foods restored the good sleep. I was also eating a lot of sweet potato, salmon and avocado--all high copper. Also still off high glutamate foods temporarily until levels drop. Still think the hair analysis is shaky on it's own, but my experience may give a little credence to copper/insomnia/AF. Rgds
