I'm wondering if anybody here has ever drank The Master Cleanse lemonade long term as simply a delicious beverage, and without fasting? I like the taste so much that I drink it all the time with meals and throughout the day. I've done extended fasts with it, but that's not what I'm asking about right now. I'm mainly just curious about the effects of consuming so much maple syrup on a daily basis. Does anyone have any thoughts or information or links that they'd be willing to share? Am I risking my life by consuming large quantities of something with a high glycemic index?
