One more question. I've seen people here usually take 50mg Iodine from Lugol daily. Only one type of Lugol available at my location is weak 1% solution ($0.80 for 24ml (~1oz)). It said on the bottle: "Contents per 100ml: 1gr Iodine, 3gr KI". So that's 10mg Iodine /30mg KI - in 1ml. I have to take around 2ml if I want to get 50mg dosage, right? Tweet
