This might help (for sweaters)

Here's a regimen that might help:

1. "Anticholinergics" - they help reduce general sweating. They are prescription, only. A very cheap one, but they do require medical supervision.

2. Deodorite, helps somewhat with a clean diet. This is a supplement from Native Remedies. It's pricey and does not work on it's own.

3. Clean eating: No dairy, sugar, eggs, etc.

4. Reduce your anxiety. This is really important, since it causes you to sweat more and sweat from anxiety can be fairly foul.

Practice Yoga or Deep Breathing - anything that works for you.

5. Low pH body washes, not bars of soap which tend to be too harsh on your skin.

6. Drinking lots of water (keeping your body cool)

7. Supplements (your pick): Calcium + Magnesium might be helpful. GNC has a nice combo.

8. Epilator (this made a slight difference for me) It's reduces the sweat and hair growth, slightly.

You will most likely need a combo. Just doing one thing isn't likely to help those with chronic b.o. issues.

I hope this helps :)
