Thanks White Shark for the very helpful feedback :)
I can definitely say that I am on the fence about the benefits of exercise to reduce Body Odor . On one hand, it does seem to detoxify your skin, but it can also make you sweat a lot more. The increase in sweating is what I've experienced and it's pretty annoying. It also did not stop my odor, unfortunately. I am not saying you shouldn't exercise, you should. It's just not a cure all, which is why I didn't mention it...
Reducing the amount that I sweat does help, at least for me and it can for others. If I sweat less, I smell less.
That's because I have bromhidrosis, so I'm really trying to minimize the sweat coming from my apocrine glands. However, I will say that the sour odor does come from the eccrine sweat glands, as well. That's where I think exercise can help :)
The Elimination Diet is helpful advice too. I had a recipe book that was very helpful for this, but I haven't invested much time in it, but I plan to.
