If you read this forum here you can see also how it ralated to subjects that been talked here like sibo,problems in the gut (the starches inability maybe to break down by the gut like described in the gaps diet) gluten,celiac, vitamin A ointment that someone here said the only one that did some help,inflammation(omega 3 sardines),hyperkeratosis(vitamin A),clean mouth alot(sibo, bugs feeding on starches maybe).
what i think dont worsen my lips:
sardines(without the olive oil if its canned, i only find canned with olive so i wash the fish in water to remove the oil and then add some form of fat so the omega 3 will aborb)
beef fat melted on the Pan
cucumber without the peel
might be ok but not perfect:
apples and bananas contain starch from what i read but the amount depeneds on it ripeness. personaly i do eat them at the moment. i just found this info while writing this post, maybe i will remove them too.
