Re: Role of Bifidobacterium in human health.

@ commonknowledge

Thanks for your reaction. Are you on a histamine free diet? Did you cure your leaky gut yet? Tomorrow i'll start using the Coffee-Enema and water enema. I lost a lot of weight so far, so I ate pumpkin soup today, eventhough I shouldn't eat it since I have been following the anti-canfida diet for the last two months. I'm really curieus about your diet. If I'd do a probiotic enema, would it matter what probiotic i'd use so the candida doesn't feed of it? And does the Coffee-Enema also kill good bacteria? I can't wait for the muscus to come out so I can get to the leaky gut and candida.

@ stalagmight

Whenever I use glutamine I get the feeling that my body needs to fight. Like the stuff is going straight through the bowel into my body, or feeding the candida. Whenever I eat something 'wrong' I get depressed. And I've been so for many years due to bad eating. I haven't used slippery elm yet, but I'll give it a try. Did you use it?

Thanks for your answers.
