i get most of my information from the GAPS diet since that diet is serious. its aimed to heal people with serious gut disorders like autism, schizophrenia ect. i just want to heal my gut lol. so if you want to check it out google "gaps faq" in google and it will give you some ideas. but as far as i know probiotics help seal the gut when its leaking. because usually there are pathogens stuck on our gut walls and probiotics fight the pathogens while we try to heal the gut. I truly believe my probiotics have brought my gut closer to being sealed. Some people have their own ideas about how all this works but i just read here and there and keep it simple. as far as glutamine enemas i have never tried that one because glutamine isnt a fungicide... glutamine definitely helps orally if you can handle the jitters and immune response from it.
