His book DOES offer recommended dose ranges for every supplement he covers.
But he does not cite extremely specific doses..because: 1. each person is totally different and suggesting one-size-fits-all start here is borederline malpractice. 2. He wants to offer consulting services, as he can guage how much you need by your responses to his suggestions.
I had good luck with licorice after got way more stable from b5 and C.
I had good luck using glandular as an occasional booster...not as a staple...when I was having crashes or bad days... after I was significantly detoxed and improved. I'm talking approx 18 months to 2 years into my treatment plan.
I did not want to become long term dependent on pharmas or on glandular / hormone products. That was my personal prerogative and path... and also Dr. Lams. I did it but it took a ton of patience and some suffering (low energy, bad days, crashes) that stronger medicine could have alleviated more quickly.
