Use Termeric. Its an anti inflammatory herb. Do push ups, and bench press. I have had the condition off and on since I was in my 20's. I solved it back then by lifting weights. It hurt when it was unpinched, but short term pain for long term gain. I did get it back from trauma to the chest from playing contact ball hockey. I am now 40 and fighting it again. In my 20's I didn't use anything for it, I suffered through it and I won, but, I think it is worse this time. If it works with the same routine, I shall let you all know. Btw, it does takes 2-4 mths of constant working out before getting better.
