I can't believe I happened upon this site, and picture. I had to have a tooth pulled last week and a few days afterward something dislodged from the area where the tooth was pulled. It felt rather large so I spit it out, and guess what I found. The exact same thing in your photo. I started to throw it in the trash but when I looked closer it appeared to be something. What I don't know,
