White spots in stool: Candida or parasite eggs?

Hi

I'm diagnosed with candida and I noticed 'white spots' in my stool. It is possible that these white spots are actually eggs from parasites?

I found a similar case on the internet (don't look at the mucus, but look at the white spots in the stool):

These pictures were taken after I've eaten vegetables and meat 2 days in a row. So nothing with grains/bran or anything like that.
