Ginagirl, did you do something else to raise your body temp? Or was it only Iodine? I'm trying to warm up my girlfriend with no success during last 6 month. She was taking iron+b12 few month, now high doses of Iodine (it's 4th months now)... and still her hands are ice-cold.
