Your eating "healthy" your body is not telling you this.
I ate "healthy" for 2 years similar like you. Got rid off my brain fog with Liver Flushing and then I found my body needed protein and no grain. So I buy grassfed/finished beef and organic eggs and eat organic vegetables. When things don't work for you you have to change.
I also had to lower my fruit intake so I would not even healthy sugar. Look for an Elimination Diet and try that.
Put in the search box at top of page and look for posts related to it. For constipation you can use magnesium malate or I take a couple of pinches magnesium sulfate= Epsom Salt a day. For sure what you are doing now is not working.
