Hoping for help!

I am new to curezone but glad i found this section, and hoping you can help!

Quick background: 23 year old female, started getting cystic acne a year and a half ago. Tested my hormones and my progesterone tested low. Then this summer i tested my stool through doctors data, sum of my results..

+1 candida lambica
+1 beta strep
+2 muccoid
+2clostridium

Siga 16.1
SCFAs 19

good bacteria only at +2

I want to do some type of cleanse but also want to do something for maybe parasites. But have become very confused with the biofilm conversation.
Shall i do the parasite cleanse first?

The reason i feel I could have something more going on is 3 months ago after the test I started having a bunch of neuroglical and new problems. Dizziness like a tilting, tingling, flashes in vison, decreased night vision etc. I know this could also be because of my metals possibly?

Just wondering what you reccomened!
