Just an update. I went to 100 mg the day after I posted. Had a very weird lightheaded feeling with a slight bit of tunnel vision and a mild head ache for a few hours after taking it the next day but It cleared up. I have had fatigue and slight head aches but nothing like before. Today was my best day since the detox started. Go figure that more is better for me.
