I'm just reading about high doses of vit c. I think I will start doing them. They say, the healthier you are, the less you can tolerate, so it should be interesting to see how much I can take. Should I expect some other type of stones Beatty?
In this article, it says a sign of vit c deficiency is "clogged body follicles" http://www.clinicians.co.nz/vitamin-c-fact-sheet/ I don't want to get my hopes up, but imagine if a lack of vitamin c was causing my clogged pores! The simplicity of that idea! Anyway, I have 3 jars of l-ascorbate coming in the post in a few days :)
