your message distrurbed me. It boggles my mind how a pet owner can self medicate their pet instead of taking her to the vet. You should feel guilty,your poor kitty would probably still be here had you been a decent resposible pet owner,the kind your kitty deserved and taken her to the vet when you saw she was very sick, instead you let her die. The worst excuse is to say you didnt have the money,i put money away from every cheque into a vet fund for emergency vet trips,any resposible pet owner makes sure they have the money for that. And worst case you really dont have the money,every vet offers medicare,its a loan that covers your vet cost and you pay them back in small affortable payments. So theres no excuse for watching your poor kitty die and do nothing to help her but give her medication that i hope at least wasnt for humens and was for cats,otherwise you certainly killed her. If you think this sounds harsh, some people need to hear the truth and the truth is you were an irresposible pet owner,your cat deserved better and i hope to god you didnt get another kitten cause you clearly dont have the sense or care to take proper care of a pet,who replies on their owner to get them medical help when theyre sick.
