I'm sure my vitamin D and iron levels are basically non existent. I'm usually pretty pale skinned but lately I've actually had people come up to me asking if I feel alright because of how pale I look. I have wondered if I have an iron deficiency for a while now as I always feel very weak and become light-headed every time I stand up. I also bruise ridiculously easy. I usually eat Activia a couple times a day, but I don't know if that's really doing the job? Thank you for replying!!
