Blood sugar after breaking fast

So I did 9 day Water Fast and lost 18 lbs. I have no numbness in my hands and feet. Left foot feels a bit different, like something is stuck underneath.

I feel great but worried about my blood glucose. During my fast the blood glucose has gone anyhere from 56 to 73mg/Dl. This morning waking glucose was 72mg/Dl. I broke my fast with an organic orange juice (one very small ornage) and my blood glucose after one hour spiked to 102mg/Dl.

Should I worry? Is this ok considering fruits are fructose and will give a spike like that? I follow Dr. Shelton's plan of re-feeding after a fast so high protein intake like eggs, etc. will not start for another week.

Any opinions?

Thanks,

Kask
