The fast I have done and that is the only one I would recommend is a liquid fast:
I egg and almond milk + vanilla for breakfast
a granny smith apple for lunch and a vegetable soup for dinner
Candida sufferer are so deprived in essential nutrients (due to poor digestion) that I do not think it is a good idea to fast completely.
When I did that I would pass a lot of candida and THEREFORE I needed all the antioxydants I could get (another reason not to fast completely). You do not want to damage your body in the process.
I would keep taking my usual supplements - antifungal, minerals and vitamins + extra antioxydants.
