Do you do the 2 steps enemas
1 to expell and 1 retention enema???

Plain water enema is great, just put extra water if you tend not to expell it. Sometimes when I want to do a quick enema, I put 3X the quantity of water and it expells immediately... insted of dissovilng into the colon.

coffee enemas are great too - they support the liver.
I find plain water enemas to be easier to do.
