Re: So, what does iodine sufficiency mean?

I used to do apple cider vinegar, daily, to get rid of horrible allergies.
I still do when I feel the mucous coming on. I do get as much apple as I can into me. Apples are like the oil for my bodies engine.

There are so many wonderful ways to stay healthy. I listen to my body. When everyone around me started
getting sick with flu like symptoms, my body said Iodine and Wormwood . I kept the apples going but the Iodine and Wormwood seemed to give me more mental focus and clarity. When allergies attack, my brain becomes dull. I think we should listen to our body.
I started doing Iodine and Wormwood painting daily. My body didn't reject it and I have eyes to feel a need to stop. That and Vitamin C to get
myself into an optimal space for balancing it all out.

If my body tells me to, I might start oil pulling too but why take stuff or do stuff in some sort of ritual way? Staying healthy, to me, means staying aware of what is out there and remaining sensitive to my bodies needs.
I have not been to curezone for years but your response about being sufficient reminds me of my way of staying healthy. It works. Listen to your body, when I don't , it will revolt.
