Treating Schitsosomiasis with Praziquantel?

I recently got my stool sample diagnosed with s. japonicum from Dr. Amin's lab. In 2003 I waded in Asian rivers to collect snails for fishing bait, so I have likely been infected for 11 years! I have chronic fatigue, gut issues and flu-like symptoms on the full moon. It went on so long, and standard tests missed it entirely, so it just became normal to me.

Does anyone have first hand experience eliminating schitsosomiasis with drugs?

How did it go? Did you feel during and after? Did it work as well as the pharma literature claims (can be cured with a single T.I.D. course)?

Do you think it would be best to try prazi on the full moon when the critters seem to move about?

I generally don't like taking pharmas but I am strongly considering it due to the risk of long-term infection.
