90% of health is Dietary! You have chosen the right path. Saturated fats are very healthy, Fats from force fed cattle, chickens, are not good. Raw nuts, wild caught fish, avocado are vey good. Saturated fats are easily turned into energy. The USDA lied about saturated fats 60 years ago. No diet can furnish all the vitamins/minerals. If you get 'that Hungry feeling'. its missing vitamins and/or minerals, not calories. Listen to your body, any change is telling us something, allergies, etc! Constipation, need vitamin ‘C’, hair, nails B 12. If oral B 12 dose not improving symptoms may need injection B 12, research. …dez...
