I've done 9 liver flushes, and gotten barely any stones. That's why I started the parasite herbs. I'm 21 years old so I was hoping to only have to do 15 or 20 flushes. I took a lot of malic acid too, but it didn't seem to help. Ozonated olive oil is quite expensive. I was going to try macadamia nut oil next time.

I'm going to start making water kefir too because I took quite a few Antibiotics in the past. Maybe this is why Liver Flushes aren't working, because I have very low intestinal flora?

The high-iodine cream is great. I use it on my face for my scars but I ran out a month ago. It's great though, I can't wait to get more.

Shave my face upside down? I've never heard of that! I do have premature wrinkles. I was hoping Liver Flushes would rid them.

I drink reverse osmosis water too.
