The key is to listen to your body, feeding candida is one issue - being intolerant (fatigue following absorption) another.

It is not gluten free grain but low-carb grain you should eat: millet quinoa buckwheat.

Oats are no-no on the diet - brown rice can be tolerated when your candida is no longer severe.... but it causes constipation and therefore it is important to watch for it,because constipation causes havoc (enemas are a solution). Quinoa is ok- but not if you crash after eating them - which means you have developed an allergy. In the porcess of trying to heal from candida your immune system struggles to find the culprit and sometimes- makes mistake - especially so with food you eat on a daily basis.

Sex Drive
L-Arginine and vitamin B are supplements we may develop a deficiency.

Brain Fog
L-Taurine deficiency will cause brain fog. So will constipation (enemas solution).

Leaky gut
Marshmallow root tea.

1st make sure you have identified the food you react to - and stop eating them. Start with raw veggies and evaluate food one at a time to see if you react to any of them. Once you know which food is okay you are ready for the next step.
