I would try jumping straight to 100 mg. that cleared up my bad detox symptoms. 50 mg I had the worst headaches I've ever had in my life.
If I were you I would also look into large dose vitamin d3. That made a big difference in my workouts and energy levels. If you did do d3 you need vitamin k2 to make sure you don't get toxicity symptoms. K2 is good for three bones and is good for prostate health as well.
