this is a weird medical problem we have. after reading so many cases and success stories, we can see that what worked for one person may or may not work for others. so dont lose hope try one thing at a time. something might just click for u. as it is naturopathy and Liver Flushes didnt work for me.

mine is a different case. before starting the flushes, i was already on a gluten-free sugar-free diet for an year(that prescribed by a pretty famous naturopath here). and just a couple months before the flushes i went on an anti-candida diet excluding rice and lentils as well (i'm an indian and i basically live on this). so it was really difficult for me and i became very weak. the problem was i was very desperate so i tried all methods i read here at once. the flushes, the candida diets, no protein, no fruits, no juices, probiotics just everything at once. so i was taken to doctor and he said i have no blood in my body (donno what it meant), and since then i'm on multi-vitamins, vit D, iron caps, zinc caps what not. And just when i gained some weight and got healthy, she started me on Imuran combo. (dont ask me abt any improvement. its too early to see any).

So my suggestion to everyone (usually the new ppl here) is do one thing at a time and dont stress ur body just out of desperation.

and yes i had done like 7 flushes and yes i did see stones, and i did not do any enemas. so as i said mine's a different case, dont lose hope. it may work for u. Tweet
