Last week (Monday & Tuesday) I did part of Dr Daniel's 4 day Turpentine protocol for people who have had Candida for more than two years. On day two I stopped because Candida went running for the exit. It was revolting, like dark cloudy oil stretching in multiple directions. I had ten BMs in about 70 minutes. My IBS symptoms are gone, my Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) sensitivity has drasticly improved, I can eat chocolate again, and I have a little more energy. Tomorrow I'm starting the normal twice weekly regimen.
