I never felt anything from taking it. I had cysts on my ovaries and of course the dr. wanted to operate on me and I said no. I took 6 capsules during that time. 2 three times a day on an empty stomach. They went away and I just take a maintenance dose now of 1 capsule twice a day. I also had fibroids along with the cysts and they went away also. Tweet
