Are you getting playing of early morning sunlight (at least 1 to 2 hours daily. More if possible. Turn off all electronic devices an hour before bedtime? Also, no caffeine at all. Avoid white flour and processed sugar. Eat several small meals though out the day with protein, veggies and healthy fats at each meal. Also, meditate and get some daily exercise like walking, yoga or Tachi. Don't have a clock in view and no night lights. Make sure your room is completely dark and have your room temperature at a cool setting. Progressive relaxation and deep breathing is essential. If you believe in God you might try prayer.
