Re: Maybe

Of course. Many people here take digestive enzymes to help with digestion. Candida can cause a loss of appetite - actually an overloaded liver will cause a loss of appetite. It is too busy cleansing your body and struggles with the digestion task

Taking green food into water (like Vega One) will help you get the nutrients albeit the loss of appetite. Another option is to swallow digestive enzymes with your food.

Mint is really helpful to stimulate the bile production and help with digestion -it is also a natural Antibiotic . Min tea or fresh mint into your meals. I have chosen to respect my body - I do not feel hungry - I do not eat (green drink). I drink plenty. I eat when I feel hungry, if I overeat I take mint or digestive enzymes to help with the digestion.
