Give me some help folks

Simple question.

Ive been taking Sam-e for liver support and mood. Its really been working for my mood, and not sure about liver, because I take ALA, and drink mistle tea, plus Artichoke extract. Ive been experiencing some bad acne. Ive always been prone to acne, but Ive had it under control for about a month. I was wondering is it the Sam-e causing the outbreaks? Tweet
