I have been having some issues with hyperinsulism for last year and half, despite of my blood Sugar remaining under 100mg/dl at anytime, with or without, after or before food. My body is producing lot more insulin than it should, because my cells are not taking the glucose easily. My left foot has tingling sensation all the time. After I changed my diet a bit it helped a lot but not gone totally. My insulin levels have dropped but still high as per the accepted ranges in the medical world.
Yesterday I was not so careful with what I ate and my left foot felt very heavy and constant numbness upon waking this morning, as if something was stuck underneath between first two toes.
Well, as planned I did my Vitamin C flush (3000mg every 15 minutes, till diarrhea occurred), which made my foot immediately feel better, I was shocked with the result that I was not expecting. All day this numbness has been better than before. I also learned that my need for Vitamin C has increased. Before it took me 10000mg of Vitamin C to have diarrhea, now it took me 15000mg. So my daily requirement is now about 12000mg. I intend to take 4000mg every six hours everyday. I only took 4000 to 6000 mg daily.
Thanks to all who write about Vitamin C and its benefits. I also thank Beatty57 for inspiring me to do the flush.
