BTW, nothing wrong with vitamins, but believing they cure everything is total ignorance. I worked as a livestock nutritionist and I can tell you, nutrition is important, but it is overkill. 100s have come to me that take all kinds of supplements and most tell me they are not sure they work, but they take them anyway because the believe it. A simple multivitamin with with a good spread of minerals is more than enough.

Sorry to step on your toes, but these beliefs actually get in the way of finding true health and peace.

BTW just because millions believed the world was flat prior to Columbus' time, didn't make the world flat.
