Bentonite adheres to the intestinal wall and it can cause constipation. I have never heard of a protocole where you use it without fiber along (usually psyllium) so that, when it gets stuck, extra water intake will help dislodge it.

I would suggest taking psyllium husk(1/2 teaspoon into a large glass of water , along with marshmallow root (to help prevent inflammation (1/2 tsp). If you get pain then stop the fiber and use only marshmallow root tea to heal the inflammation.
