Well, you won't get better if you don't give up sugar, wheat and alcohol, and please smoking (how can anyone be so stupid as to smoke when we know it kills you slowly?)
You need to be on the Atkins or Paleo diet for a few months before taking the Nystatin. The Candida has morphed into a fungal form.
