I will definetly try it. Glad to hear that veggie soup is ok. Ive been drinking about a gallon of water per day for a few days and ive been eating tons of veggies salads and garlic. I bought some organic vegetable juice that ive used to make a hot vegetable soup with onion garlic tomatoes and some powder cayenne pepper. I try to add cayenne to most thing i eat as i have heard it helps.
Another question: The probiotics that i bought are (100 million) strength pills. It says to take 1 per day but i see people taking TRILLIONS per day. Should i take more per day?
also..... some people eat lots of chicken and some say not to eat it at all. Is free range no Antibiotic chicken ok to eat?
