Re: Suicidal b/c Body Odor
Sure.
For healing from persistent
Body Odor , there is a foundation diet and there is a cleansing diet.
The two share some similarities and overlap a little but really serve two different functions.
The foundation diet consists of whole foods (if it comes from the earth, then you can eat it) in both raw and cooked form, with an emphasis on foods that balance your specific ayurvedic constitution.
A cleansing diet focuses on a number of healing foods that specifically work to clear the digestive tract of unwanted materials - most importantly, toxic buildup that has accumulated over years of eating improperly. The cleansing diet focuses on dark leafy greens and green superfoods, amongst other things.
I have gone through the cleansing phase, and now focus more on a foundation diet for general maintenance. I remain
Body Odor free to this day (at least, I only have degrees of
Body Odor that people would consider normal). The foundation diet includes vegetables, low-glycemic fruits, grains, beans, nuts and seeds.
However, if the dietary protocols aren't followed correctly, you won't get the results you're looking for. It's about more than just picking the right foods.
