Re: Discontinuing Iodine

I stopped Iodine for 3 weeks because I left my country for vacation in August - it was the time all bad symptoms described above appeared all at once. When I was back home I started taking Lugol's + SSKI in big doses (2 grams of SSKI every day) and I was having swollen aching throat for next 2 months up to the moment when I almost forgot what it's like to have a normal not swollen tonsils :) Sometimes it was becoming better and then worse again; but day by day it was becoming less and less notable and then normal at last.
