I'm by no means an expert (still suffering) but I got awful body aches from candida. Have not experienced any muscle loss, but during the worst (and as part of the die off) I have had inflammation all over my body. So painful. The only things that have helped me are lots of water, ibuprofen, FOLLOWING THE CANDIDA PROTOCOL, and yoga. The last one seems a little random but the stretches are so good for your muscles, even if it's just for a few minutes.
