I would shy away from Colloidal Silver if I were you. Most candidiasis is caused by use of Antibiotics . Colloidal Silver is an Antibiotic very similar to penicillin or tetracycline. It kills fungi alright but it also kills pretty much all of the flora in your gut. Good bacteria, bad bacteria, the entire lot of them. After that it is the candida that will resurrect the quickest and exert a stranglehold over any good bacteria (probiotics) that might want to colonize. It worsens dysbiosis which is defined as an imbalance in gut flora. It is not a solution. The same could be said of Turpentine (yes there are some desperate souls who resort to this dangerous substance) and high dose iodine.
I like antifungals that don't go after good bacteria such as coconut oil, monolaurin, pau d'arco, curcumin, nystatin, fluconazole, olive leaf extract, and peppermint oil.
