I'm 99.9999% it will work, given the adequate nutrition and utensils your body needs to do it. It seriously does not make sense to fill a wound-and a cavity/hole is just that-with synthetic material in hopes of fixing it. Our bodies are amazingly adaptive and regenerative, if we only allowed them to do their thing...
