Neti Pot iodine savior.

I came down with the flu last week and it was terrible. On Friday I decided to add Iodine to my netipot rinse. My god that made all the difference. Since putting 2 drops of 5% Lugols and 5 drops of SSKI to my cleanse, once in the morning and once in the evening. My nose cleared out just as if I had used affrin ( I ran out of the days I could use affrin). I had been developing an ear infection and bingo the last two days it has started going away as well. This is the first major amazing thing Iodine has done for me. I wish I had started this day one. I hate to say it but I can't wait for a sinus infection to try to take hold in the future. On top of it all it makes my sinuses feel mega charged. I wish Iodine would do that for the rest of my body. Anyway if you use a neti pot or have sinus issues this is a must try. Tweet
